New sick leave compensation rules (April 1ᵉʳ, 2025)

From 1ᵉʳ April 2025, the system of daily social security benefits (IJSS) paid in the event of non-occupational illness will change. This reform lowers the ceiling for calculating IJSS, thus directly impacting the amount of compensation received by employees.
